1. Service Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit before scheduling or purchasing materials.
Deposits may be used for:

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty.

Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee, especially if materials were already purchased or time was reserved for your job.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or material delays. If this happens, we will contact you as quickly as possible to set a new date.
3. Refunds for Services
Because every job is custom work, refunds are not guaranteed after services are completed.
However, if there is a concern about workmanship, we will:

Make reasonable efforts to correct or repair the problem
Refunds may be considered only if:

The customer chooses to cancel before any labor or materials are used
4. Special-Order Materials
If a job requires special-order materials:

Costs for those materials are non-refundable once purchased

If the customer cancels after orders are placed, they may still be responsible for the cost of materials
5. No Refunds for Customer-Provided Incorrect Information
Refunds are not provided if problems result from:

Incorrect measurements, descriptions, or details provided by the customer

Hidden or unforeseen issues discovered mid-job

Damage caused after services are completed
6. Rental Applications
Application fees (if charged) and screening fees are non-refundable, even if the applicant is not approved or chooses not to proceed.
Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval or housing.
