Repair needed: Removal of damaged shingles, plywood replacement, and matching shingle installation to ensure a watertight seal before the winter rains.

A local veteran recently returned home after mobility challenges. His current front porch has steep stairs that prevent him from coming and going safely on his own.
Repair needed: Construction of a pressure-treated wooden ADA-compliant ramp with sturdy handrails to replace the failing front entry stairs.

The couple now has a safe, stable surface to navigate their home, preserving their independence and dignity.
